After School Club Playworker

OCC Support Staff Grade 4.  £23,114 FTE   approx. £7856 actual

15 hours per week       3pm-6pm Monday-Friday during term time.

Start Date: As soon as possible

 

We are currently looking for an After-School Club Playworker to work term time only, starting as soon as possible.  Candidates will be required to co-ordinate stimulating and enjoyable activities under the guidance of the After-School Club Supervisor.  They will also be required to assist with supervision, planning and participating in activities and snack preparation.  A good level of written and spoken English is required.

 

Candidates must be imaginative, creative and well organised; as well as able to build good relationships with children, their parents/carers and colleagues.  Excellent communication skills are therefore essential, along with patience, tolerance and the ability to work as part of our happy team.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to combine work with academic study.

Are you looking for an exciting job opportunity? Have you ever considered working with children? Our thriving, successful school is seeking a teacher to provide cover so we can release two members of SLT for leadership time. There will be one day in each class from April 2024.  This will be a temporary contract for the summer term.
